Presenters
Pete Fowler
Pete Fowler is a construction consultant, professional cost estimator, and President of Pete Fowler Construction Services, Inc. (PFCS), a licensed general building contractor in California and Oregon. Pete received a B.S. in Construction Management from CSU, Chico. He has held certifications from AAMA, ASPE, ICBO, and others. Pete has published articles in national magazines, and has been invited to speak by the most important groups in the building industry. Pete has experience with successful expert witness testimony, including Federal Court.
Alex Prokop
Alex Prokop is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Alex has acted as a General Contractor on custom residential projects and Director of Construction on a variety of large-scale residential master plan communities, commercial projects, and urban mixed-use developments.
In addition to having a B.S. in Construction Management, Alex is a General Contractor, LEED AP, and Certified Green Building Professional.
