Laurie Beckham
Laurie Beckham has more than 20 years of experience specializing in both construction consulting and defense workers' compensation, primarily working with legal and insurance professionals. Laurie joined Pete Fowler Construction Services, Inc., in July 2018 with a stellar record and reputation of providing accurate and professional service to clients, counsel and insurance companies.
Paul Kushner
Paul V. Kushner, A.I.A., is a licensed architect and a certified construction contract administrator. Paul has worked for over two decades in the construction, architectural services and construction defect litigation industry. Paul has experience in the design, development and production of construction documents, construction administration, construction observation, code compliance, technical consultant coordination, property inspection and testing construction claims. He also has a long history in building performance analysis including analyzing damage, performing testing, specifying and overseeing repairs, and testifying at numerous depositions, arbitration and trials on a variety of construction issues.
Marc Viau
Marc has run his own consulting business for over 20 years, bringing 48 years of hands-on building and development experience to bear in assessing damaged homes, commercial buildings and all aspects of construction. Regularly called in to render opinions on behalf of attorneys, insurance companies, home owners, and contractors, Marc has offered testimony for all parties involved in the construction process.
