Rob Jones Journey
Introduction
Rob Jones worked as a Marine combat engineer with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. During his Afghanistan tour, Rob was wounded in action by a land mine that resulted in the amputation of both legs above the knee. In the years since his injury, Rob has raised over $125,000 for wounded veteran charities through his foundation, Rob Jones Journey. In 2013, he took off on a cross-country bike ride from Maine to April to raise money for the charities. This year, he is challenging himself to run 31 marathons in 31 cities in 31 days for the same cause.
PFCS's Senior Consultant, Paul Viau, volunteered to join Rob Jones Journey and ran a marathon in Portland on October 27th, and another in San Diego on October 30th. PFCS is proud to support Paul, Rob and the various wounded veteran charities he donates to. Visit robjonesjourney.com for more information.
