Sponsored Event: CPM Schedule Review Best Practices, October 2017

Introduction

On October 26th, 2017, PFCS consultant, Blake Marchand, gave a presentation at the CMAA-sponsored event in Oregon. This event focused on CPM schedule review best practices, along with the benefits, drawbacks, and industry practices. It was designed to help owners, engineers, and architects review and monitor construction schedules, and contractors prepare and maintain better schedules. The result is intended improve communication and lead to happier owners, with fewer delays, and disputes.

This program was made for anyone evaluating project and schedule performance, including executives, developers, project managers, architects, engineers, schedulers, cost consultants, estimators, project control specialists, value engineers, and educators.
