ASCDC 2017 Construction Defect Seminar

Introduction

On November 30th, 2017, PFCS co-sponsored and our experts attended the Association of Southern California Defense Council's 2017 Construction Defect Seminar and Holiday Reception. This event consisted of two panels of experienced professionals discussing current hot-topic issues in our industry. The first session looked at "Recent Developments in Insurance Coverage" and the second examined "Impact of Design Claims in Construction Defect Actions." The seminar featured special guest speaker, Orange County Superior Court Presiding Judge, Charles Margines. A cocktail reception honoring the Orange County Judiciary followed the seminar.
