Pete Fowler gave a presentation on February 16th, 2017 titled, "State of the Construction Defect Industry: What's the Same and What's New?" at the American Architectural Manufacturers Association's 80th Annual Western Region Winter Summit. This presentation is a high-level overview of the events that have lead, and continue to lead us to the courthouse steps, and what can be learned from this big-picture survey of the landscape so that our navigational skills improve with experience.
The conference was held February 15-16, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ and offered presentations from a variety of qualified, informative speakers to discuss a range of construction-related topics including safety, construction defect trends, energy codes and future product trends. The presentations covered both broad-ranging topics and initiatives concerning the industry as a whole as well as important issues that affect us specifically in the Western Region.
