Introduction

An Expert Witness is "a person who is permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge or proficiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case." We have expertise in all aspects of the building lifecycle plus experience in dealing with claims and litigation, so we do a lot of expert work related to buildings and construction. In many cases, we deliver expert reports, so it's one of our core business processes.

We know that the quality of our writing is synonymous with the quality of our thinking. Plus it's our goal to develop world-class organizational maturity in all our core processes. According to quality guru Dr. Deming, "If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing." That's why we have worked for decades to continuously improve the effectiveness of our report writing processes.
